Coloured film contains pure zinc complexes, electrochemically bonds to bare metal, provides resistance to corrosive environments, fast dry to deep semi gloss finish.
Chemz Black Zinc is formulated to refinish damaged and /or repaired hot dipped galvanising and spot welding.
Chemz Black Zinc provides excellent adhesion to all metals and provides long term corrosion protection.
Chemz Black Zinc provides the ultimate protection when used as a finishing coat for Chemz Zinc code 7533.
Chemz Black Zinc can be used on steel frames, tank stands, gates, trailers, farm machinery, home and garden equipment and general engineering use.
Chemz Black Zinc is best applied to clean dry surfaces. Remove any loose scale with a stiff brush or scraper. If needed clean and prepare surface with Chemz Electro Clean (7125) or Chemz Z7 Brakeclean (7816).
